Make-up classes are provided only for absences due to medical reasons or official school activities, supported by relevant documentation or evidence (e.g. Medical Certificate or school form).For school activities, parents/students are required to inform us at least one week in advance. Last-minute requests will not be eligible for a make-up class.

No. As our fee is calculated monthly, some months may have five lessons instead of four. We do not charge additional fees for the fifth lesson, so make-up classes are not provided for lessons that fall on public holidays.

Yes, we do offer trial lessons, capped at 1 trial lesson per subject per level. Prices vary for each subject and level, do contact us for our rates.

Our default payment is term-based, with each term covering three months of lessons: Term 1 (January–March), Term 2 (April–June), Term 3 (July–September), and Term 4 (October–December). Upon registration, a one-time administrative fee and a deposit for each enrolled subject are payable. Our team will provide the full fee breakdown during enrolment.

To withdraw, please inform us at least one month in advance before the start of the next term. Our team will guide you through the withdrawal process and any applicable requirements.

If you are going away during the June or December school holidays, you may apply for a leave of absence and choose to attend a make-up class for the missed lessons or have the fees prorated.
